📱 Nepal e-Passport App

Flutter mobile front door to the Department of Passports — apply, track, and pay from a phone.

The Problem

Citizens had no fast way to apply for, track, or pay for an e-passport from a phone — just a desktop portal and a counter queue, for a task that touches nearly every Nepali eventually.

The Solution

Built a Flutter app for Android and iOS with Clean Architecture: an in-app WebView into the official application portal, a status checker with reference-number entry or live barcode/QR scanning, and QR-based fee payment over Nepal's existing bank and wallet rails — no login, no new accounts.

The Impact

A fast, bilingual, quietly reliable front door to a task with a legal travel document on the other end of it.
